Oh that's the desirable assessment. WES hardly give a professional assessment for LL. B. thereby making VOs to use their discretion.

Please which ECA body did you used for your ECA that gave you First Professional Degree in Law?

I have a query. Apart from getting my bank statements of account, do I need any other letter from that same bank for proof of fund? My POF is with Firstbank.

If you POF is in your deposit account, the account statement is sufficient.

Please I will like to know if there is a specific format for the Letter of Explanation.
I intend to merge a letter of explanation to each document I intend to explain. For example; If I want provide more clarity for my POF. I intend to merge an LOE to the bank statement and reference letter.
Will this format be accepted by IRCC?

Hello, use just one Letter for all explanations required concerning your whole application. But remember, a simple application with the least amount of stories is the best. Too much explanations may lead to delayed processing which is better to avoid. Good luck to you.
 
Please advice is needed regarding pof. Does CIC accept gift deed from Nigerians from uncle due to both parents been deceased, how long does it have to stay if using either savings deposit account statement or fixed deposite statement.

Who has successfully evaluated their AAT certificate from ICAN(ABWA)? How did you do it? I've of cases it was reported that the transcript wasn't sent by the institute that conducted the exam which should be ICAN and not ABWA. Kindly help if yours was successful. Please has anyone here submitted passport through vfs lagos? Can you share your experience how timely it was. My husband just got PPR and submitted his passport to vfs lagos through DHL. I don't know if we made the right Decision. Na God hand we dey ooo. I was worried if sending passport to Ottawa vfs would be the best as the PPR letter did not specify which vfs to send the passport to.
