Hello Everyone,
Please, does anyone know how long it takes LVO to return passport? Mine has been with them for a month.
Although my original processing visa office is (AVO), the visa handler advised me to submit my passport to LVO.
Having received and paid for PRPP with my medical updated in my account. The VSF visa application tracker says, 'visa being processed in LVO'.
I do wonder what is going on. Does it normally take this long?
Is there anyone in a similar situation or has experienced such?
I need my passport back asap for something urgent and important. Please, kindly advise me.

It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months or even more. Just send LVO an e-mail with proof of why you urgently need your passports back.

Also will want to know if the required scanned documents will be uploaded after the ITA is received or while filling the initial form (first form)

Probably better to use WES. Quicker and more efficient.

Hi, call your bank to ensure your card is enabled for international, online transactions. This may help to ensure the future attempts to pay online don't fail. You can also opt to have a relative or friend abroad make the payment for you with a Canadian/US card and obtain the payment receipt accordingly.
