Nice to see a new face (handle), welcome.

Your application is more than likely awaiting review, as Accra is working hard to complete the applications of those with medicals about to expire; what we need here is patience.

As regards your passport renewal, once done, raise a CSE to inform Accra using this link https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra&_ga=1.47286371.552517591.1435667717

Hi Kuskus, is there anyone here who just received PPR? I was sent PPR in March ending but i added my spouse and she's done medicals in april. I did my medicals september 2015. Applied dec 2014. I guess the medical will expire this year. I've raised CSE but got no response from them. Just waiting on their response though.

My opinion is this, if you did your medicals in Sept. 2015, Accra is aware and will work towards getting your PP and COPR to you before your medical expires. If you ask our brother DeeBruv, he'll tell you that Accra was in constant contact with him, they'll try to avoid you spending unnecessary money for another medicals. The only thing is that you may have to buy very expensive flight tickets.

Donmakaveli. kuskus is correct. Also She does not to need to accompany you when you land but she must land before your medical expires because you are the principal applicant. Your visas will be issued together with the same date of expiry which is one year from the Principal Applicant's medicals. Once all your medicals are received, the visa office will ensure that you get the visa b4 its expiry. again as kuskus said, you may end up having to quickly fly like i am going to do in a couple of days and tickets will not be cheap at all. I dont pray that for you. But hey! September is closer than you think.

Hello House,

Hope everyone is doing fine. it been 6 weeks yesterday our passports got to AVO.
However, BG changed to in progress since 8th of June, response to our emails where positive = You will be contacted as soon as passport are ready for pick up, this was on the 20th and 22rd of June.

Has anyone experience this type of long processing time from AVO or in the forum.

I know it will end in praise.
