Dear e-friends, my status on ecas has been changed from In Process to Decision Made. Awesome!!! I am patiently waiting for my PUM. Praise God!!! Packing things continues.

If your ecas shows that your file is in process then you're alright, so many others are also in the same situation, however, don't loose any sleep over it though that may sound impossible to do, we have had forum members who had their CoPR and PRV concluded in one month of receiving their MR, so just keep busy saving up on POF and researching all the information you can about jobs and settlement. It will end in praise. By the way send your agent an email requesting an update, make them earn their money ☺.

Dear recently landed seniors, please if one is using two connecting flights, does the airline transfer luggage on one's behalf? or one would have to take that responsibility at the end of each connection as i am only used to direct flights. thanks for your response.

@ Sazzy,If your POE is Pearson Toronto, you will have to complete your landing formalities there and claim your baggages and pass through customs after which you would drop-off your baggages again for your connecting flight.

I only had 1 connecting flight from Toronto to Calgary though, and that was my experience.

I joyfully announce the pick up of our Visas and COPR this evening. God is too much.

I will like to say a big thank you to Flosure for his prayers, support and encouragement, for all his assurances when I was worried and unsure. To Pipi's husband for his advise and counsel. And finally to our own Neyobash, who gave me the VIP treatment and picked my late night calls, addressing my worries and ensured that I and my passports are reunited.

For everyone waiting for one update or the other, just trust God to complete what He has started. It may be slow but it will SURELY happen.
