I just got my GCMS notes,there are some notes am not so comfortable with.how do i explain or send more proof without them asking?

do i just send them an email? or send this more documents to accra?

am expecting MR?

if you see any concern in your notes you can respond to them if you have proof to clear their doubt. Kindly send them e-mail and cse

First,i was asked for additional document sometimes last year.i submitted 2 bank statements,1 is my savings the other salary account but it seems,the savings account was only review has its states on the notes,no salary payment in bank statements.i wasnt even asked for salary statements,i only included it when pof update was requested for.

2ndly,the notes says the phone numbers on the work ref letter is registered on truecaller in the MD name and the other in my name,the fact is both numbers are the company work number ,but i use one the numbers most times being the most senior staff aside the business owners,it is a small company with less than 20 staffs.all company correspondence and even invoices and letterheads have both numbers.

also on my marriage certificate,there is an error on the date stated on the certificate,this kind of gives a conflict on my occupation because the occupation on the marriage certificate states my NOC but due to the error on dates,my occupation should have been a student.I did submitted a high court affidavit done by my MIL with my application in 2014.Also some signatures on the marriage certificate where signed with the correct dates.But all this ignored


was also stated the only evidence i have is work ref written by my brother and SIL,who are owners of the company and which is clearly stated on the CAC registration documents,which were part of the additional docs i sent last year.















I am not sure it will be easy to start making comments on this especially when the comments made are not known. May be you can post it here or post it personally to the person you are comfortable with.

Alright! The part that i am not really cleared is that you have sent an affidavit but they still mentioned it as a concern. May be they are yet to finalise on that aspect. They might come out later to say that it is cleared ; meaning that they are in agreement with your submissions.

Have you mentioned that you are a senior staff of the company to them and that it qualified you to have access to the phone? Do you own part of the business? You have to give very convincing details on why it is so and then submit further documentary proofs. You know that they are yet to contact you on these things. You only found out on your own.

They will expect to see that your salary payments go into your account except you have another account your salary is paid into. You cannot say that you are working and earning certain amount and do not have proof of the payments of the salary. If they had seen it in the statement of account they would not have said anything. They want to see proof of it. It is good that you have sent it. They are likely going to update it later that they have it and then conclude if they agree with things or not. You can resend if you have more convincing records of your salary documentation.

This aspect was part of what i tried explaining in the past when we were talking about delays from AVO. I remember mentioning that for those who are long over due for MR to request for GCMS. It is likely that the delays are because of things like this.

yes i sent bank statement showing my salary income payment directly from the company account,also included payslip.I also included original salary review letter.All this where not requested for but i sent it anyways.

I do not owe any part of the company and my position on ref letter shows am a senior staff as i report directly to the MD.

i think their concern on the marriage certificate is on the date and occupation stated on it.the marriage certificate was filled by someone esle probably the reverend,cos we where both leaving in the states only came to nigeria to get married.even my spouse address on the certifcate was wrong.i have always overlooked all this details as minor error and didnt bother to correct anything.

I have a quick question; I was asked to pay the right of permanent residency fee for myself and my spouse, our two children were not mentioned. Are they now exempted?
