Hi Guyman1234 and Djdy,

Please I am in the same situation as you guys. I received COA last week Thursday (Mar 3rd) and I am yet to receive my PPR.

I guess it's all an admin issue/error/omission or what have you. I would like to send a courier too but please who should I address the letter to?
I mean the "Dear ..." should it be the case officer who corresponded with me during my MR or who?

Kindly respond ASAP. It will surely end in praise for us all in Jesus Name. Amen.

Congrats to all the recent recipients

Oga PH please I sent you a PM kindly respond. Thank you very much.

Thanks muchos!

Hello ShollyPee,

I do not have pick up mail yet.

For PPR they requested UK PCC, Updated POF, Form IM8 and IM5669

Just waiting for pick up mail.

AVO seems quiet all of a sudden.

@ayobunmi. Was there any reason why you did not include it in your initial application or did the UK sojourn occur after you submitted your application? We are brainstorming here to know the reason for the delay?

Dear Forumites,

I received an email for passport request from the Accra Visa office on March 3rd.

Unfortunately, my husband is out of the country until March 19 by which time the 15 days period for submission will have lapsed. I sent an email to the visa office on March 7 explaining the situation and requesting extra 7 days to submit the passport and documents but have not gotten a reply . I would be grateful for your advise on how best to proceed. Thank you

Resend your mail seeking an extension to submit the passports but don't give a time frame. Leave it open ended, don't box yourself into a corner. You can also send a CSE, https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra

Word of Advice to PPR expectant.....just respect yourself now and go and snap the new passport photograph ooo,
Let your police certificate contacts be on speed dial and any other thing you might need (POF,IMM0008 etc).
Cos if you are asked to submit anything within the 15 days and you waste 12 days gathering these docs and then expecting courier companies to deliver within 3 days.. u are OYO...hmmmmm Ghana no b Nija o,dem fit get unscheduled public holiday ooo..
A word is enuf 4 d wise ooo....
The oracle yaff spoken oooo...
Gbam

My courier ( cover letter) got delivered to Accra this morning and was signed by mr Akoto. Hoping for God to touch their heart o.

ShollyPee,

The UK PCC not included was an omission on my part, the UK sojourn was btw 2000-2003

Can this be cause for delay of pick up mail? I doubt that. The delay is the usual AVO style jare.

Am sure this coming week they will start to issue pick up mails. They have over 30 passports from this forum alone that they have nit sent back, so I believe that this coming week things will start to happen

Hello seniors, am getting really worried.

Am a late October applicant and I can see late Nov applicants receiving PPR. What could be reason for leaving some people out while others with similar dates would have moved on.

Please I need your input in this

:P ;D I never knew He will answer me this 2X As you answer me this way, thank You Jesus. Let somebody shout halleluyahhh. Thank you everyone, this is indeed one family. After reading responses from Markdoff, tbaba and twentyfourseven, I got relieved , problem shared is half solved.

To God be the Glory, I got PPR for myself and my family this evening. COA mail and PPR dropped together.

The Lord is good to me, praise Him.

I pray each and everyone of us will share this wonderful testimony in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen

Neyobash, I got your contact, we will not spend 12 days gathering documents.
