@Hagnes Let me explain--- you still need to fill the updated family information form even if the composition of your family has not changed ( at least that was what I did). Since there has been no change, just bring out the family information form you filled earlier during the initial stages of the application, duplicate the same information on a new form, then sign and put the new date, and that will be it. All the best and congrats once again.

I don taya o, CSE no dey go, mail no dey go. Keeps bouncing back. Called ACCRA, d receptionist said the mailbox might be full that I should keep trying.

I don get email God reign. God has done it. Got PPR mail today with request for additional request...IMM 5406 & IMM 5669. Thanks for you support. Lots of people on this forum with large hearts. Thanks for your support and for those still waiting for updates, you aint got long to wait cos its gonna come in Jesus Name.

Below is my timeline:
Application Received: July 10th, 2014
PER:November 3rd, 2014
Medical Request & RPRF : June 16th, 2015
PPR & Other Requests:03/03/16

I need clarification on the below mail from AVO:

Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

Do I need to send the form when there has been no changes in my marital status or family configuration?

@Guyman1234 If this continues, please consider doing a cover letter, and sending it via UPS/DHL, there is no point folding your hands waiting since it appears this is a case of an omission. If you do that early enough today, it should hit them by Tuesday. Dont get agitated, everything will fall in place by the grace of God. peace!

I have been a silent member of this forum and have been following discussions here keenly.

I am pleased to announce i got my PPR notification around 3.03pm this afternoon. Please see my timeline below

Application Date 06/11/2014
PER 03/02/2015
MR 24/07/2015
PPR 03/03/2016

I am a little confused by the below statement

"Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa."

I found 3 IMM8 forms in the list of forms i filled previously. Do I ignore this as my family has not changed since I submitted the form. Or do I fill them all and send to Accra.

Dear seniors. Please I need your help. I am about to go for medicals with my spouse. Please, I need to know: what information would I fill on my spouse's form for UCI and application number? Am I going to fill my UCI number on his own medical form?

Once you get to the clinic and you tell them you are the principal applicant and wife is the dependent, they will guide you. Never mind they already have your information on their system anyway. Just fill your own form and your wife's medicals will be uploaded under your UCI since she is a dependent (her form should also have a UCI though). I hope this helps

Congratulations on your MR..... for ur spouse's UCI number it is already generated on her medical form send to u. also for the application number you use your .

the request to go for medicals in my own case came with an individual forms for each family member with our individual unique UCI number,

however may be you should just print out the mail also if there is no attachment with the request for medical..
