Infact, I just read it on CIC website too. Now 13 months for all applications submitted by 31-Dec-2014 irrespective of the Visa Office.

That's good news for every applicant.

I am unable to post the link to the processing time. Just go to the cic website. The part that has "Check application processing times" and enter the economic class, skilled worker (federal) and 2010 to 31st december 2014, you'l see it there
