Compliments of the season to the house. Congratulations to people with updates. And to those waiting, be encouraged, your expectations shall not be cut off.

For people who would want their children to have catholic education in Canada, please make sure you have your baptismal cards (as parents) or you get your children baptised in Naija before coming. This is crucial especially for future Ontarians. I know people that have landed and couldnt get their kids enrolled because of the lack of baptismal certificates. Trust me it is easier to get them baptised in Naija than here....though before we got a place to do it in Naija we visited about 5 catholic parishes. If you are not sure whether you should opt for a catholic education, pls do ur research before leaving home and make up your mind.

I know I have been quiet for a long time but I will try to respond to PMs for people seeking clarification

Wishing the house a Happy New Year in advance and a FSW-completed status in 2016

Thanks dear for this info! Cheers.

Hi Everyone,
I just want to chip this in for information purposes. Please research the Province you intend to land in before buying your ticket. Few provinces in Canada are heavily reliant on extractive industry, as a result, the plummeted prices of commodities will have an appreciable impact on the economy of such domain.

If you are an Oil and Gas professional. The outlook is not so encouraging at the moment. You may want to include training in your initial settlement plan.

Please do take time out to research how you intend to fit into frame of things in Canada before packing your bag. This help in a number of ways. It will, at least, keep one focus in the face of many tempting opportunities. There are examples of people taking the bait of doing lots of courses here and in the end, many courses with no correlation had been embarked on with piles of loans without commensurate returns on investment.

Canada a gbe wa o o o o

Complement of the season....

Cheers

Hi all, merry Christmas and happy new year. Timeline for the person is Application Date - Aug 5, 2014. MR was 27 Aug 2015 & PPR was 28 Dec 2015. This was confirmed to our KSA and we thank God for His faithfulness. May there be more updates before the year is concluded for the positive minded. It will end in praise :)
