Hey guys,

I found this post, and thought it reassuring, for those skeptical about the possible settlement of Syrian refugees in the Maple Leaf Country.

Hello My good people, please.
Someone need a quick clarification as follows;

If an FSW applicant (awaiting CIC medical instruction) do an advance medicals now for study permit so as to enable her study permit application to be processed faster, will this medicals suffice for her incase CIC sent the usual FSW medical instruction subsequently (say e.g 2-3months) after the medicals for study permit was done.

Kindly assist in clarifying this.

Hi, not too sure if the various tests done towards a study visa are as comprehensive as those for the PR visa. However, it would help if the medical test for the study visa is done at a medical facility also designated for PR visa medicals. In fact, the person can enquire from the physician if it would be feasible to have the test results used for both medical requirements. If yes, fine and if not, the position would be known. Cheers.
