Thanksgiving to the Almighty. Got update today from AB. Additional doc request
Original offer of employment from xyz
- Bank statement for the past six months for the account into which your salary is deposited.
- Proof of funds: you must have in the form of transferable and available funds, unencumbered by debts or other obligations. Send updated bank statements, fixed deposit certificates, etc. If you have made large deposits into your accounts or fixed term investments, you must provide evidence of where the funds originated.

However I have some concerns
I started working in the schl since 2006 but did not get an offer letter then cos they weren't very structured. I left for about a year and then returned. At that time the schl started to build in a structure and gave me an offer letter. So right now I do not have a letter for the earlier period but I can get copies of pages that where signed for salary payment within the period. Will that be enough to convince AVO?

The good lord has done it again. MR for me and my family dropped between 12:27 PM & 12:57 PM. I was actually surprised when I saw four emails. I had thought it would be just one email.

I am new to this forum though have been following it since the start of FSW 2014. I really appreciate all your efforts and contributions in this forum its indeed awesome.

I congratulate those who have received one update or the other. For those who are highly expectant, I say 'the good Lord is your strength' for it shall surely end in praise.

My time lines are:
Application NOC: 1224.
Application sent date: 4th December, 2014.
Application received date: 10th December, 2014.
Application Charge date: 31st January, 2015.
PER Date: 27th February, 2015.
File Sent to AVO: 5th March, 2015.
SLU: 17th March, 2015.

Please seniors update S/S accordingly.

Dalexy, I feel there is no cause for alarm, since your second return has an offer letter. Submit that, in as much as the time you have spent there is more than one full year....seniors, please comment further.

Your last post on this this thread before the above was about two weeks before you were charged in January....
We could not update your details on the SS after you were charged/received PERS
Thanks for giving us the update finally and I am hoping others in "Application on queue" on the SS will give us update soonest.

Congrats . 15th september seems to be a day that had most success stories not only from AVO but at other VO's. I believe its as a result of our collective prayers and also special prayers made by catholics all over the world (and especially catholics on this forum) on this special day.

In addition to the copies of signed salary payment for the elusive period,If possible,try to approach the school authority to give you a cover letter to try and explain the non-existence of offer letter for the elusive period....preferably a high ranking official of the school....This will go a long way in convincing visa officer(s) handling your application.
