Your statement of account can be your POF but your POF might not necessarily be your statement. In cases where you have a fixed deposit as a POF, your statement then can be your salary account. And your POF can still be a savings account other than your salary account. What dey really need is to see your monthly earnings.

Your POF can be in any currency.
The most important thing is the account name and the money in the account as at the date of application.
You can go to OANDA.com and print out the conversion for any currency your account is and attach to POF.

If your proof of fund is already in your naira account you do not need to change it to CAD. But if it is in your Domiciliary account you can as well give them your Dom. account statement. Which ever way know that it is important for AVO to see how you made your pof money; that is why they r asking some people to submit salary account statement.

in the case that a part of the funds is in the name of a spouse,does the spouse have to provide salary details and source of funds for that part?
