Hi gurus,

I sent my passport through DHL on the 16th and it was delivered on the 19th but I have been calling DHL Accra to arrange for my pickup but they never pick my calls. I have been calling DHL US but they kept telling me to call DHL Accra.

Please, what other options do I have bearing in mind that I currently reside in US. I want to conclude the pickup arrangements before the pickup mail arrives.

Thanks y'all

Below is the process :
Dhl will only attend to you when you have received a pick up mail.. its the pick up mail from AVO office, which is sent to your mail that will be taken to the nearest dhl/FEDEX/UPS office for your passport to be picked up. from your timeline, the pick up should come in anytime between july 1st -july 3rd. upon receiving the pick up mail, you will head down to the nearest dhl office/UPS/FEDEX offcice and do the needful of making payment for pick up and as well showing the pick up mail.
once this is done, they will carry out the next line of action by instructing their courier office in accra to ..
Kindly send a PM, if you have another questions, i am more than happy to help you..

Hello Ozone,
Your MR is likely to come around August/September. MR examination result will reveal to AVO that you are pregnant so please make sure you prepare for proof of fund to cover the baby/babies as they will count On your family size.

Best wishes

You should not anticipate on the when you will get your Medicals in your present condition.
Relax and be calm about it as worry won't change anything :D
The only possible positive concern u should have is asking yourself if you're ready to have your baby in Canada just incase you have your PRV around September ;D......you might have speedy processing so it's possible even if the chance seems low.
This been said, you don't need to worry yourself as either ways, you're safe.
If you give birth before your Medicals show up(which i doubt),you can always add your newborn to your application with no issue.....just raise a CSE to notify Accra.....they will tell you what you need to do.
The realistic scenario that will happen to you is that your medical comes between late July and September ....
You will have the option of doing your Medicals while still pregnant so that yout can have your little cutie in Canada.....doing Medicals at that stage is safe with no issues.
If you're not psychologically and financially ready to immigrate to Canada, you can easily raise a CSE to notify Accra of your pregnancy state and tell them of your preference to have your Medicals done after you give birth.
This means after birth, you will notify them of your intention to add your baby which they will do for u.....afterwhich Medicals for everybody will be requested .
You have too many options and all of them are positive options.....maybe the last option may slow down your processing.....but no issues.
Cheers
.

This is to inform the house that as Bonblu indicated above last Friday, eCAS was updated today with "DECISION MADE". Upon clicking this comment, I saw the following"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision".

And as you are all aware, AVO contacted me last Friday June 19, which I communicated to the House.

I am now awaiting actual passport delivery by DHL this week.

It is ending in praise.

Ending in praise already. Congrats

This week has been slow ohh, I don tire to dey refresh browser looking for updates

It seems rather late now to start the processing...even though I wouldn't say its entirely late.
This needs to be done legally.....i mean legal adoption and I am sure there are a couple of processes to follow.First find out the legal processes timeline involved from appropriate legal offices/functions after which you can raise CSE to Accra to commence it.
Personally I believe time is against you to commence it because of the level of processing you are in your application.....you should have raised this about two months ago.
If you want to start it now,be rest assured your timeline will be realistically delayed than necessary.
Cheers.

Thank you dear kollins, I actually was not so sure about the whole thing until I got the medical. Anyway, I will see to the process, if its doable well and good and if not, may be I will jettison the idea, Thank you once again for your love and guidance as always.
