I would like to say thank you to all that contributed to the issue of POF. It is important for us to learn from experience and i believe this has thrown more lights to the AVO request when it comes to POF.

Thank you and God bless.

It will all end in praise!

:) that's the spirit! Thumbs up

Hi all, and nice to be here.

I want to ask if Accra sends an AOR after receiving a PER.
If they do, what's the time estimate from the receipt of a PER to AOR
thanks.

Hi, Accra does not send AOR and we are not even interested in it in Naija :)

What comes after PER is MR, that should be your focus. All the best.

Hello all,

I would really appreciate we trash the pension stuff. We would need the actual provision to make informed decision, i've just gone through the Act ( 2nd July 2014 ). there seems not to be any clause as regards 100% withdrawal when relocating
Any info / details would be appreciated.

cheers

Hello Team, I have been quite and patiently reading comments on this page for sometime now.
I am a July 7th applicant with PER on 18th of Nov. Still waiting for MR. does anyone know when i should be expecting it?

Secondly I have about 84% of funds required for my family size as fixed deposit and also my monthly salary is way over the remaining 16%, if i am asked for POF and i wait to get my salary before sending it in, will that be ok by accra? taking into consideration that i have a property i am paying for and there is usually a monthly deduction of about 40% of my salary for the property which payment will be completed by October 2015.

if you are a july applicant then you have no worries as you should be receiving your MR at the latest June if not this month. delay could be due to back log and all. Currently june 2014 applicants received their PER in october on the average, and some have already started receiving MR as from April. I presume its on a monthly basis though am not sure. however, logically, it makes sense to use this as a yard stick and DO NOT PANIC cos you are almost at the finish line..
Keep fingers crossed and start keeping funds together to ensure you have the limited required fund, just incase you fall into those list of applicants required to show proof of funds once more. finally, if you have lived outside Nigeria, i would advise you start making preps to get the docs ready.you may or may not need to use Pcc after all..
