Hi esttycan, pension rule allow for total withdrawal on account of permanent relocation with a % charge for witholding tax, if at all you are relocating, I ve also voluntarily retire in December 2014, waiting for my AOR to update the visa office & planning to take my fund when I shall be relocating.

We received our passports with copies of CoPR this morning delivered by DHL.

For me, this phase of the journey has ended in praise and I believe that same will be our testimonies by Gods grace. Our updates shall come as expected.

I received request for medical on the 4th of May through a mail and it was stated in the mail that medical forms will be sent to my mail on the 5th of May stating clearly that the medical results and other additional documents should be sent within thirty days of receiving the mail but no mail from them till date, please has anyone experienced this before and how long will it take Accra to send medical forms? Also is there a way to do medical exams without medical forms?

Hello, and congrats on your MR, I need to ask if medical forms came with the mail? I also received a mail from them on Monday for MR, stating that medical forms will be sent the next day but I am yet to receive any mail from them.

I am yet to enquire from my Ibtc Pension on this. I will get across as soon as i did. Additionally, I am also trying to know if i can av access to my NHF with Nigerian Mortgage Bank as I am relocating abroad and have not benefited in any way since I av been contributing to the scheme like the pension scheme.

I would also appreciate any credible info from anyone who can enlighten me more on this.

National Pension Commission

shall request the PFA to freeze his/her
RSA until he/she returns to continue
his/her contributions.
2.4.3 Pursuant to 2.4.2 above, the employee
shall indicate whether he/she intends
to send voluntary contributions into the
RSA.
2.4.4 Pursuant to 2.4.3 above, the employee
shall sign an undertaking to bear any
expenses/loss that may arise from the
remittance and conversion of the
voluntary contributions denominated in
foreign currency, to Naira.

Usually, they should send it on the 5th as promised. Send a mail to AVO and hopefully they will respond. If no response in 2 days, I suggest raise a CSE. But before you do all these make sure you check your spam box as there have been cases of mails from AVO going there.

Hi Folks,
At exactly 4:23am this morning, I was woken up by the Good Morning kiss of God's Mercy as my Canadian Based Agent gave me the news of the receipt of my MR !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today 07/05 will make it exactly 7 months that I have been waiting....Pls wherever you are, help me to thank God!

For those still waiting, especially May and June applicants, be thankful to God that you haven't fallen by the way side. Regardless of how agonizing it is to rejoice with others who applied after you yet have received theirs (believe me, I know), join them to bless God as your own will surely come.

I am certain that for us all, IT WILL SURELY END IN PRAISE!!!!!!
