Not sure i'm doing this the right way but thought to add my goodnews on the forum as well.

I received my PER yesterday evening.......Praise the lord.

Timeline- Application rcvd-: 06th Nov. 2014.
PER- 05th February 2015.

Can't tell when i was charged because i used consultants.

I pray we all continue to receive good news until we get our heart desire in Jesus name.

Hello guys,
I got my PER yesterday afternoon.
Application received on the 12th Nov 2014. DD got charged on the Jan 14, 2015 according to the PER mail.

Feb. 5th, was my daughter's birthday so it was indeed a beautiful day.

To all our Seniors in the house, plsss ooo how does CIC do reference check on work experience? Is it in writing or by phone call?

AVO sometimes does reference check. It is rare but yes, it occurs sometimes. There are usually two scenarios. They randomly pick some applications for quality assurance of AVO work procesing and then if they feel an applicant's documents warrant crosschecking.

They could call the person's employers but office visit is almost nil from AVO unlike New Delhi. They also sometimes do interviews but I haven't heard of any case since 2013.
