Someone at AVO has been consistently making this mistake. The form they're actually referring to is Schedule A: Background/Declaration IMM 5669E. IMM 0008 is the generic application form.

Check on the CIC site again. They're human after all.

Hello people,
I will like to say that this forum has been of immense benefit to me. I pray that all our desires will be granted. Please i need clarification on this. I am the principal applicant however i intend that my husband will travel first while i join him later. Is it possible to land without the principal applicant? Will there not be issues with immigration authorities? Please assist with this information.

Hi buzzy, the principal applicant always lands first. However, your best alternative would be for you and your husband to land together and then you can come back and continue what you are doing here before you finally move over to meet him.
