No matter how many times I call CIC, no matter when I call or who I speak with to request my UCI number, I get the same response: ??? "You should have heard from them by now, but I am so sorry I can't assist you, can I have your email so I send you an email address for you to make a formal request?" :'( :'( :'( Oh Please!!! I have their email address in my contact list, I have sent 5 emails to them but no response. :'(
