Current NOCs that applicants should not file in their applications.
NOC 1111- 931
NOC 2132- 907
NOC 1123- 820
NOC 4011- 813
NOC 2133- 777
NOC 2281- 715

If this is your primary NOC and you are interested in sending in your application
before 31st Dec.2014,please go for alternative NOCs.
Good luck.
KSA...a colleague brought is application for me today to vet before he submits tomorrow...based on the maximum cap update as at this morning, he was fine. But with this 2nd column thing, it may be risky...he is actually doing NOC 2133. Do u think it's too risky? I have thinking about it since...the guys BP may increase o if I tell him there may be a little hitch. With DHL, the application will likely get there on 25th (if sent tomorrow); but CIC will be closed on 25th and 26th, 27th is Saturday...so the application may get there on 29th.....hmmmm so ur analysis may be spot on o.

I have just received an e-mail scan copy of my WES report from my consultant. The WES letter states that WES has sent my Credentials Evaluation Package to CIC. Please Pray for me.

Quote from PER Mail >>Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions MI are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

MI instruction includes the six factors and others...
Hope that helps

MY NOC:1111
Application received: 15-Sep-14
CC charged: 27-Sep-14

PER NOT YET RECEIVED.

My application under which column..... Counted app/ MI/ Out of game?

Is it possible CC charged but no PER?

Please advise.
