The quoter for NOC 4151 which am applying for was not reached this year and i can't apply because i scored 5.5 in writing in IELTS. since the quoter is not full this year.will the criteria change or would it continue with the quoter criteria until it's full?

Hello, jaybol, welcome on board. You can contact them by CSE to explain your error - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra. The alternative is to fill the form again and attach a cover letter stating that you wish this new one to replace the one earlier sent with your application. Be as polite as possible and quote your full name, date of birth, NOC applied in, date your application was received at CIO and by whom. Send it by courier as quickly as possible and all will be fine. Cheers.

You need to retake the IELTS and try score higher above 6.0. I think you should read more on the new EE coming live in January 2015. Keep your fingers crossed and by God's grace, you will make it.

Hi, the FSW program will end on December 31st, 2014 wether quota for an occupation is met or not. All those who cannot submit an application by December 31st, will have to try the new program, Express Entry asfrom January 2015.

Hi, since your application just got to CIO, it is CIO that you should quickly relate with before they review your application and take a decision based on what is inside your application package.

Negative eligibility review means an application did not scale through initial review and completeness checks. This is not refusal of visa please, you are okay.
