OMG!!!!!!! I did the same thing oo. What do I do in my case as I haven't received PER yet? Anybody know of anyone who scaled through without correcting it. I wouldn't have realized my mistake if not for this post

Just follow Kollins instruction on this, there is no cause for fear at all. I passed through same and it has been successful. The rule is simple, tell them before they ask you because getting such an information is very easy. You make their work simple and easy by informing them and will really appreciate your clarity and integrity.
For the record,they will even guide you if you submitted any other form in error. I wrote from my experience.

What happened if one is refused visa in a country mors than once but one just mentioned the latest refusal referencs number, will that be a misrepresentation? i dont knw d previous one ref number nd i just mention d recent on after sayin Yes to d question.

Pls guide me on this.

Just came from Lunch now and saw the pick up mail sitting DEEP in my SPAM box....
Its official......
Pick up mail arrived in my SPAM box at exactly 12.45pm.
I'm using this as a point of contact to expectant hearts of credit card debit,demand draft encashment,PER mails,Medical request mails,passport request mails and Passport pick-up mails or any forms of positive news from Accra.
I pray that good news shall always be in your abode....
Once again,thank you all in advance of your wishes.....
Its been a wonderful family and I'm poised to follow every active applicants here to a logical positive conclusion regardless of my location now or later...

Please, I need clarification on form IMM5669 Schedule A Background Declaration No.6 d" Have ,or if you are the principal applicant, any of your family member listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada ever

d) been refused refuge status, an immigration or permanent resident visa(including certificat de selection du Quebec(CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other Country.

I ticked no throughout in this section of No.6 for me and my spouse of Number without paying attention to details.

I applied for Federal Skill in Canada for 2011 and received Negative eligibility review

I had been refused Uk visa sometimes in 2012 but was reversed on appeal and my visa was granted which I did not really consider as refusal.

My spouse was also refused UK visa in 2013

Please, I need direction on how to update the information to avoid been classed as misrepresentation.

Hello, jaybol, welcome on board. You can contact them by CSE to explain your error - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra. The alternative is to fill the form again and attach a cover letter stating that you wish this new one to replace the one earlier sent with your application. Be as polite as possible and quote your full name, date of birth, NOC applied in, date your application was received at CIO and by whom. Send it by courier as quickly as possible and all will be fine. Cheers.

Same mistake I made, but not to worry, you can do a case specific enquiry to remedy it. Pls chk out thread 10237,10238, 10239 of the parent forum for 2014 fsw 2014 applicants. You will see the step by step. Cheers

Its very important to bare it all. Canadian embassy has a niche for been thorough. Trust me when they do background check they will uncover it. Better to spill now than for them to uncover it. Someone mentioned on the fsw 2014 parent forum BTW thread number 10236 and 10240 that his friend was banned from entering Canada for two years for not mentioning a USA visa reject. You can still remedy it now before they ask
