Just came from Lunch now and saw the pick up mail sitting DEEP in my SPAM box....
Its official......
Pick up mail arrived in my SPAM box at exactly 12.45pm.
I'm using this as a point of contact to expectant hearts of credit card debit,demand draft encashment,PER mails,Medical request mails,passport request mails and Passport pick-up mails or any forms of positive news from Accra.

Dear friends,

I have a query with regards to assessment report... Actually ECA rejected my application for report before, so I approched WES, got my report and have already applied. Now today I received my ECA report, out of blue... the problem is as per WES report I get only 19 points for education and ECA report gives me 23.... is there any way that I can send my ECA report as my file has already been submitted.... Secondly kindly let me know is there any difference if some one get 67 points and some one 75 points...

Timelines in words...
1st application submitted 8th January,2014
1st application received 13th January,2014
1st application returned 27th January,2014 (Never got it till date )
Reason of return : PAYMENT issue resulting from Gtbank credit card (Got to know of the reason after sending mail to CIC...received response on 8th April,2014)
2nd application submitted 20th March,2014
2nd application received 25th March,2014
2nd application returned 4th April,2014 (Received it back 20th June,2014)
Reason for return : NON INCLUSION OF IELTS RESULT( British council Nigeria failed to insert my IELTS result as agreed)
3rd application sent 18th April,2014 via British council AGAIN...this time,a high graded official put his neck down for me to personally supervise the insertion of my IELTS trf.
In addition,I wrote a strong worded letter to CIC telling them I have mandated british council to insert my IELTS since no second copy was available for me as par their procedures.
I also included a photocopy of my IELTS.
Till date,I never knew if British council inserted it or my cover letter worked with the photocopy of my IELTS.
3rd application was received in CIC on 24th April,2014......
I had to send my 3rd application knowing fully well that express entry song will take off by 1st May,2014....I blamed myself 2 days later (26th april,2014) when the new gazette said FSW will continue from 1st May,2014 again
Received PER's email on 13th May,2014 (20 calendar days from date of receipt in CIC)
Got Medical request on 17th October,2014 @ 11.27am
Medicals done on 7th November,2014 (lost three weeks because I was engaged in a different location from where I can do medicals)
Sent requested documents on 7th November,2014
Requested documents received in Accra on 11th November,2014.
Got passport requests on 19th November,2014 @ 12.45am
Sent the passports on 20th November,2014
The passports were received on 24th November,2014 around 11am Nigerian time.
Got passport pick up mail today 8th December,2014 inside my SPAM box @ 12.45pm
Decision made was noticed/seen on ECAS @ 12.05am of 30th November,2014.
Realistically(though I'm yet to sight it),the visa is meant to be valid till 13th November,2015.

hello i am in desperate need of help. i submitted my complete application package sometime last month and discovered recently i sent the copies of my ECA instead of of the original. i misunderstood the "send copies otherwise stated" phrase on the checklist since i felt the ECA would be made electronically available to CIC.
What should i do? i already drafted a cover letter to send with the original ECA report. i need directions urgently. please

PLEASE SEND THE MISSING ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU CAN (TODAY OR EARLY TOMORROW MORNING)
Please send it to the same address you sent your initial document.
In the cover letter,please provide every personal details of yours that will make them trace your initial package with this one..
Include your full names,NOC,Passport ID,date of birth,date of your first application delivery at CIC,staff that received it at CIC.
Send it immediately to CIC.
Aslo,make a scanned photocopy of the cover letter and IELTS result and send it through the link below(tell them the package is enroute their facility..

Hi, there is no difference between an applicant with 67 points and an applicant with 75 points. FSW is not a competition but an immigration program, all you have to do is meet a minimum of 67 points and you are eligible for processing. Please submit your application with your ECA for 19 points. All the best.

Yes. I submitted late. My passport got there on 27th November. Though when I checked my ECAS yesterday it has been changed to "Decision Made". Thanks.

First and foremost....please send your ECA report immediately as an additonal document to CIC with a cover letter to explain the reason....PLEASE SEND IMMEDIATELY.
For the current FSW,67 points and 100pts are the same provided both of you followed the instruction.
Infact,67 points can scale through as a result of good documention while an 100pointer can miss out with wrong documentation.
