You can only access 25% of the RSA funds if you have been unemployed for 4 months following the loss of a job and not if you resigned.

There's a new pension law. And yes, you can access 25% after being out of job for 4 months (voluntary or not). So even if you resigned, you can still have access to 25% of the funds after 4months.
This was communicated to us by our employers, in July, plus, I confirmed it with ARM.

PER AT LAST, with so much joy in my heart and thanksgiving to God, am glad to announce I received my per this morning,
application received 13th august 2014
DD charged on the 16th of November 2014
Per 03 dec 2014

Notable about my application; I used a combination of property and fixed deposits as pof, my thanks goes to all great members of this forum, but most especially pipis husband and ashif God bless you all and I wish good news for everyone soon

Tnx so much but D's info left me worried, my concern is that just discovered dt I didn't remember to fill my name on the last page of the Generic form by hand since the field didn't allow being filled on d computer. this is d last page where one is asked to answer yes or no if you want your data to be used for statistical purposes etc pls need to no what to do even tho I signed d form and my name is on all the pages. Urgently need to know what to do against 31st Dec also on my employment letter there is a typo error on d date letter was written it was written 28/19/2014 instead of 28/10/2014 what do I do?

Hmm your PER is on the way,anyway just order for the duplicate copy on WES's website,of course at extra charge I think $80 am not sure( cos you didn't make use of the evaluation platform meant for FSWP) no need to contact CIC,WES will let them know...congrats on ur PER
