PLzz help!!!!

Consider this scenario:

Someone has a B.sc in Mechanical Engrg, but wants to use Construction superintendent/ Project Co-ordinator's
experience which was gotten for the last 3 years for this application. He also has one year of Mechanical Engineering experience before assuming that role.

But, Looking at the NOC details, Construction superintendent/ Project Co-ordinator is under NOC 0711 and I have problems with two of the requirements:

A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is usually required

Extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements.

Now, the questions are:

• Will the application fly, knowing that Civil Engineering degree is usually reqd?

• Should the psn apply under NOC2132 which is Mechanical Engrg?

• Is 3-4 years considered extensive enough to meet above requirements?

Thanks

Greetings!

I am new on this thread....I have been following the generic 2014 FSW gist from all and sundry across the globe but then it struck me two days ago when I got my CC charged that I now need to mine knowledge and info from guys with similar circumstances, and of course share my own bits too. I wish us the best in all our endeavour. Cheers

Now, the questions are:

• Will the application fly, knowing that Civil Engineering degree is usually reqd? No, that information is strictly for NOC classification, it does not apply to CIC's FSW program. You can use your engineering degree and banker's work experience to apply for FSW for example.

• Should the psn apply under NOC2132 which is Mechanical Engrg? He is free to apply under any NOC for which he can produce employer's reference with the NOC stated duties

• Is 3-4 years considered extensive enough to meet above requirements? Anybody with over one year work experience in any of the 50 eligible NOC will be considered provided you can meet the other requirements for FSW

Thanks

Hi, see above, cheers.

Hello all.
I'm new on this thread and I'm so happy to have found this. I'm just putting my application together and i want to know if I need to include my parents and sibling's passport photograph as family members passport.
Family members defined by CIC are spouse and dependant children. I'm single and just wondering if I need to add my immediate family.
