Dear Forumites;

With thanks to God, I announce the arrival of PPR today.

But there is a clause and I need your advice;

The Visa to be issued expires in July next year or by expiration of our passports (which ever date comes first).
I don't intend to travel until July next year but one of my dependent's passports expires in February next year.

Please what do you advice?

You can renew the passport, if its not more than 6months in Lagos or any state where u reside. If more than 6months then renewal will be done @ the immigration headquarters in abuja. If u have the right contact, you can get it done quickly say 3 - 5 days. Renew the passport, inform AVO of renewal submitting copies of both new and old passports. Then a week or so later, send the passports. Am assuming that AVO asked that you submit passport within 30days. I think you need not scatter your plans of traveling later in July, you shln't rush yourself up. Its good to be better prepared since is not as if you will be returning back to Nigeria soon

I sent a reply on the 24th (last week Friday).
