But there is a clause and I need your advice;

The Visa to be issued expires in July next year or by expiration of our passports (which ever date comes first).
I don't intend to travel until July next year but one of my dependent's passports expires in February next year.

Please what do you advice?

The Visa to be issued expires in July next year or by expiration of our passports (which ever date comes first).
I don't intend to travel until July next year but one of my dependent's passports expires in February next year.

Please what do you advice?

Congrats on PPR.unfortunately,
you will have to fly before february as the visa will be stamped and sealed based on the earliest expiry date on whosoever's passport.. please make alternative arrangements to travel before then.. and kindly just collect your visa at this stage oh.. no need to ask for extension.. JUST GET YOUR VISA THATS ALL

The answer is to enter Canada in January of next year if one of your dependent's passport expires February!
