I've been a quiet member for quite a while.
Below is our timeline and general Info.

PER: 29TH OCT 2014
MR, POLICE CERT, PRPF: 3RD MAY 2015
MED DONE: 16TH MAY 2015
DOCS SENT AND ARRIVED AVO: 4TH JUNE 2015
PPR: 29TH JUNE 2015

Hello House, I just did my medical but was not given any document as evidence. What will I send to AVO as evidence of my medical? Is it okay to just send the receipt given at the hospital? Please help.

You are not mandated to send any evidence to the visa officer.....unless ofcourse its directly requested from you.
Meanwhile,applicants generally send their receipt as an evidence.
A photocopy of the receipt is simply enough for this purpose.
Meanwhile,even if you don'y have it,it wont pose any issue/problem

Apart from Medical request that have direct relationship with application received and PER"s receipt date (98%),the following processes after Medicals are purely dependent on the satisfactory response to the officer handling your case even though all things been equal,it follows that about 40 to 60% applicants will have a predictable patterns for passport request.
For the rest,Passport request receipt is purely dependent on the type of request that accompanied the medical request...POF,imm forms,birth certificates and other documents are known to delay receipt of Passport request since the officer handling it needs to be satisfied with your response.
Summarily,each applicants differs from one another so however anxious and painful the wait for passport request may be,don't use another applicant's timeline to compare yours.

Relax then as you're in safe hands .....I have buddies also with same timeline as your medical request also waiting for passport request too.The visa office handling some applicants may be having his/her hands full of other things.For the 2013 FSWP ,we tried to track the work rate of the visa officers/group handling applicants applications (RK or AB ) but it escaped my mind to incorporate it in 2014 FSWP ss.Sometimes,we noticed that one officer/group is more active......
Out of curiosity .....which immigration officer/group sent you your medical request?
Just relax........if there were issues ,you would have been contacted before now.
Its well.

Our Miracle working God released my PPR today, the VIP mail came in at exactly 13:01 today,my timeline is as follows:


Application Received at CIC - 18TH July 2014
Bank Card Charged - 4th November 2014
PER Received -14th November 2014
MR, RPRF & Additional Docs. request Received -19th May 2015
Medicals Done - 4th June 2015
MR forms and additional Docs sent thro UPS -9th June 2015
ECAS updated in terms of Medicals -11th June
MR forms and additional docs received-12TH June 2015
CSE in respect of expired Passports- 15th June 2015
Acknowledgement of CSE received -20th June 2015
PPR -29TH June 2015
3rd line was not updated to say "we have started processing your application on ....."

My Prayer goes out to all forum members expecting one update or the other, just be calm and patient, the mail will come like a thief. My Question is do i send all our passports including expired ones to CIC at this stage? Thanks for your responses.
