i was just going through my boss's application and found out that she did not declare that she was denied PR and UK visa in the background declaration form 6d.

1. WOULD IT AFFECT HER APPLICATION?

3. IF AMMENDMENT IS TO BE SENT WHEN AND WHERE ARE WE TO SEND IT?

If the document is at CIC already, I don't think that oversight should make them deny her PER. If she is charged, she'll almost surely receive PER. However, she must send updated forms to the VO after PER.

That's my take.

Since it was UK visa, it may not be easy for CIC to tell she was denied unlike if it were to be Canada, it would be seen as trying to hide facts which is a punishable offence. All she can do now is to wait and see the outcome of her application. What stage is she at now? When file is at the VO it can be addressed including a cover letter that it was an oversight, (for instance, i didnt know the question referred to all countries u might have been denied visa until i started reading it on the forum) What im trying to say is that you could have mistaken the question to refer to only Canada hence your answer then.

Praise the Lord with me ooooo. I decided to check my Ecas status using my old UCI number and is showing 'in process' and it states we have recieved ur applocation for permanent residence on july 3rd.

Congrats, we should be more expectant of greater good news. ;D
