Kindly educate me on how best to inform AVO of a new passport obtained in September 2014 a few weeks after application was sent to cic with the old passport. I actually just remembered that I got a new passport.

My timeline:
Application received 15th Sept 2014
PER December 31st 2014

For those waiting for the next step, dont worry, the queue is moving fast and we shall all get there.

But please i have a question.

when filling my form, i did not state that i have been rejected a US visa once. That was sometimes in 2009.

i applied again and i was given the visa which i stated.

Currently, i am waiting for my medicals. Should i notify AVO of the refusal though i can remember the month and date anymore.

Senoirs , everyone, please i need your advice and experiences.

Hi Lara, I made d same mistake but I didnt wait for them to update me before I refilled the form correctly, scanned n saved it and raised a CSE to AVO n attached it. The risk of been accused of misrepresentation is too high for you to wait fro ur visa officer to update you that you re lying to them even though it is an honest mistake.The penalty ranges fron two to 5 years visa ban.
Now we dont want dt, do we?
