To send scanned copy of the same as you requested, just use the CSE form, upload the file(s) and send.

I want to believe your visa office is Accra visa office..(AVO)
To answer your questions please read below:

Qlife medicals...( they have a structured method of delivery with AVO, whereby they upload your medical results. this process is known as e-medical process) so don't worry about that as long as you have done your medicals. however you may request a copy of it at a charge of about i think 5000 naira though..

All other documents (a copy of Permanent residence fees, ORIGINAL COPY of police clearance and any other requested docs sold be sent to the address below via courier (ups fedex or dhl) as i don't know about sending to emails..

This is my story so far.
To the Almighty God be the glory as I received my PPR mail at exactly 8:02 pm yesternight after a hectic day in offc.
Application received : 20th May, 2014
PER received : 12th Sept, 2014
Medical received : 6th Feb, 2015
Was given 90 days to do medical test because I was expecting a baby. VO advised that I shd wait till the baby is born, add the baby to my application, get the baby's medical before going for medical examinations for the whole family.
Baby's medical received : 29th Apr, 2015
Medicals done : 4th May, 2015
PPR received : 9th June, 2015.
I thank the Most High for the journey so far. I pray for everyone expecting one update or the other that it shall surely come without any further delay.
Thank the whole house for being there always.
It shall end in praise for all of us.
