Some ECAS would read 2 lines while some would read 3 lines.
However, note that to the best of my knowledge, if your Ecas status states that MEDICALS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
it means you got a medical request and your medical result have been accepted and no further test is required at the moment, as most authorised medical physician have e-medical access in collaboration with Canada Immigration.

Congratulations to all that have received good news (MR, PPR, COPR) and for those of us still waiting for one update or the other, very soon we shall hear good news from AVO.

Please what does it mean if there is an line update in E-cas that reads this "We started processing your application on May 1, 2015."

The E-cas looks like this:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 2, 2014.

2. We started processing your application on May 1, 2015.

3. Medical results have been received.

it means you PPR have been sent or about to be sent. that was my experience.

- Checking ECAS twice day
- browsing the forum three times a day.

These are good addictions.

Just to cooooool down anxiety and tension because the glory of the later days ( MR,PPR news next week) will be greater than the former.
