Bookerteee, you will be debited and your PER would come. You are still in good time as your application is just 2 months with CIC. I believe that in march, you would receive a +ve response from CIC. While you wait, keep praying, praying & praying.
All the best.

Hello house, I just called my bank now and they informed me that cic tried to deduct just today but the fund in the account is insufficient. Now I feel bad for myself. I dont know if cic will make another attempt at credit card deduction. So I can make d fund avaliable. I miscalculated the exchange rate, my bank says exchange rate CAD to Naira is 208naira opposed to the 160naira I was thinking. Anyone wiv information should please share.

Please fund your account immediately and forget about the exchange rate. Your bank will never deduct more than the exchange rate in CAD$ so just over fund it for the next attempt on your account. CIC will make another attempt in 2-3days of the first attempt. Please dont loose this opportunity.

best of luck

Congrats KINGSLEY JOHN.

Which NOC is yours and when was your application received?

That's tantamount to fraud. I wonder which bank that is. CAD is presently less than 160. maybe you should talk to your account officer to confirm if it was truely cic and the current exchange rate.

Take care.
@oluwole, I fully agree with yomifowe, my colleague was charged yesterday-24.02.2015 . it was @ 166.53595 i.e. N233,150.33/1400 CAD. it was for a family of four persons.

also recheck from this site: www.oanda.com/currency/converter

As at today 6.08pm Nigerian time the rate is N157.336 to 1 CAD, may be other charges might be included.
but this will give u a fair idea.

Thank you very much all. God bless. Thank you again.

Congrats oluwole on the attempted charge. CIC will retry again on or before the next 7 days. Just make sure you have more than enough cash in your account. Best wishes.
