Preferred said:VOs differ in their modus operandi. Comparing any VO with NDVO may result in a false analogy as Canada and India have an agreement on visa issuance to Indians.
http://m.thehindu.com/news/national/visa-process-for-indians-getting-simplified-says-canada-immigration-minister/article6190134.ece/
The Aboriginal Canadians are a combination of First Nations (majorly people of Indian descent), Inuit and Metis. They are the indigenous people within the boundaries of Canada.
The above notwithstanding, there are some May NDVO applicants that are yet to be attended to. Even an 8 May CPC ottawa applicant wit PER is yet to receive MR.
Summary, it's safer to compare AVO with AVO to avoid adding to the anxiety.
Finally me see deh check d other VOs progress, abi how I tek sabi who never get ?
ALL the same, make AVO bikoooooo
Canada said:My people these visa offices u mentioned are in developed economies where verification of data submitted is done most times via computer(emails )etc. But here in developing worlds, verification takes longer because its not always that straight forward.
Be patient. Or do you think that every file that gets to visa office is supposed to get automatic visa?
it would shock you if you know the number of cases that are detected as misrepresentation.
cheers

The below mail refers
This refers to your application for a permanent residence visa in which you included
Abdullateef Aduragbemi Lawal as your dependent child.
Subsection 1(3) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations states:
For the purposes of the Act, other than section 12 and paragraph 38(2)(d), and these Regulations, “family member” in respect of a person means:
(a) the spouse or common-law partner of the person;
(b) a dependent child of the person or of the person's spouse or common-law partner; and
(c) a dependent child of a dependent child referred to in paragraph (b)
A dependent child is defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations in section 2:
2. “Dependent child”, in respect of a parent, means a child who
(a) has one of the following relationships with the parent, namely
(i) is the biological child of the parent, if the child has not been adopted by a person other than the spouse or common-law partner of the parent, or
(ii) is the adopted child of the parent; and
b) is in one of the following situations of dependency, namely,
(i) is less than 22 years of age and not a spouse or common-law partner,
Abdullateef Aduragbemi Lawal is not your or your spouse's biological child and he has not been legally adopted. As a result, Abdullateef Aduragbemi Lawal does not meet the definition of a member of the family class.
Since Abdullateef Aduragbemi Lawal is not your dependent child according to the Regulations, he cannot be included in your permanent resident visa application and he has been deleted from this application.
In light of the above information, please advise if you are still willing to continue with your application. You may respond to this office in writing within 30 days of the date of this letter.
Sincerely,
Immigration Officer
