Call them again and try to compose yourself and don't give the agents an impression that you are calling regarding FSWP .
Try to let them know you're calling regarding a visa application you made some months back which you already have the UCI number received by email.Let them know your email box is giving you issues in accessing it and you don't have a record of your UCI number anywhere again and you seems to need to relate with your country's Canadian high commission for further processing.......tell them the UCI number starts with 912xxxxxxx but you can't possibly remember the rest digits.
The agent will ask you your personal details .....make sure you have them ready.
Remember not to mention FSWP in any conversation of yours with them.

today i called cic and got my UCI no
when i tried to check status with correct information filled properly it says as follows
