I confirm that too Pipis Husband...I sent a CSE last week...that day the fever of omitted visa refusal (on Background/Declaration) was in the forum. I sent a CSE stating it was inadvertent. I got a mail yesterday that I should complete another Backdround/declaration form. My heart skipped for a moment when I saw the mail, I thought it was MR. So yes, I join voices with PH that we should explore the CSE option for our enquiries.

What do you think guys?

It doesn't hurt you to explore both options for you to have rest of mind.
My advice....explore both options.
