Please A friend want to send his wife application this week, However he is at a dilema of which visa office to use, he is in Naija, his wife is in Taiwan, He needs clarity as to which visa office to use. Kindly advise on the best V.O they should use in terms of Speed of Processing.

Hello house join me in appreciating God my PER just came in. I feel a sign of relief. App submitted 27th of Aug, CC Charged on Nov 21. PER received Today..Thank u Jesus. I was already thinking of sending another application to avoid d year deadline

Hi, the decision is always based on the principal applicant's location especially for the next 12 months if in a foreign country.

If the wife is the principal applicants then the application will be sent by CIO to the VO covering Taiwan. They don't have a choice in the matter as the new form does not have space for you to choose VO. Cheers.
