My kid sister is 'crying' that I should not leave her in this country that she wants to go with us. She is above 22 n just graduated from nursing. I paid her school fees all thru d university.

Pls is it too late to add her as a family member?? If its not, pls whatcan iI do ? Or shd I leave her to do express entry?

Send another application by requesting for another IELTS trf and use the duplicate of your ECA report.

Send you application if you can take the risk.You will send these 2 reports as addendum in Jan.,2015.

I have seen the answer, siblings do not qualify as dependants of the applicant.
Its only spouse, children and grandchildren of principal applicant
