Hi, since your application just got to CIO, it is CIO that you should quickly relate with before they review your application and take a decision based on what is inside your application package.

Negative eligibility review means an application did not scale through initial review and completeness checks. This is not refusal of visa please, you are okay.

Something just struck my mind mind, i sent in my original "letter of Reference" by my organization with my Application, i hope it's not a problem oh, cos i saw it somewhere where it was advised to send in a copy. I just hope its not requested for in a further stage cos i only have a Photocopy to present oh!

yes oh silverblade my wes ECA was not made viewable online b4 so it caused the delay but i thank God

Just make sure you keep the copy well. If they request later you can do affidavit that original was submitted to CIC in error
