- Right of Permanent Residence Fee for you and your spouse.

- IMM 5406- Additional Family Information for you and your spouse.

- Updated IMM 5669- Schedule A for your spouse listing all personal and address history from the age of 18 with no time gaps. She has left a gap in her personal history from December 2007 to September 2009.

You have 30 days from the date of this letter to submit additional information so that we may continue processing your application. Please note this will be the ONLY opportunity we will provide for you to submit additional evidence. The 600 points allocated to offer of Job/nomination makes it a conceivable ambiguous program.
Seems to me no points for relatives in Canada(yet to see it).
The focus now is more on qualifications and valid job offers/province nomination.
Seems to me they want to attract more of single applicants between 20 - 29 years.
Summarily,CIC,provinces and employers will have complete control over immigration activities henceforth unlike before when you are assured once you follow specified procedures.
Married couples get opportunity with their spouse level of education and experience...even at that,the points benefited seems small to me.
Its really a complex program looking at the fact that many applicants do not have Canadian experience or job offer.
The critical thing is that they have emphasize and make provision for points based on Canadian work experience so it will be most beneficial for applicants that fall in this category.
The worst of it all,IELTS points now very precious.
Its indeed a complicated program.

My analysis leads me to believe this is just an advanced form of Canadian Experience Class as it it those with Canadian experience that benefit the most. I foresee a sharp rise in applications for study/school visas for those going for short courses and diplomas as a means to 'bypass' the difficult EE scheme and be able to stay in Canada for at least a year. Such visas can be obtained for certification in project management, supply chain management, ITIL and other IT certifications, CFA etc.
Those looking at EE may consider this shortcut because like our people say, 'all way na way'.

Yes..you are right.
Like I say,its more of Canadian experience based now rather than taking into consideration your foreign work experience.With express entry comes the conclusion that the Federal worker skill program is gone for good.
The control of the program is entirely out of the hands of applicants now and have been acquired back to the hands of CIC,employers and provinces.

Hello Friends, i have a challenge. I have all I need. Only thing remaining is my ECA report (that was delayed by uni) which I was told will be ready by 8th dec. Another big challenge I have is that i still do not have enough funds for Proof of funds.

my questions are:
Do i stand a chance of getting application being recieved before the deadline?

Can I submit my application with proof of funds or less funds?

I am stuck on what to do.
