When filling the generic aplication form, what do you write in cases that are not applicale to you? Also to tick a box, do you mark good or bad (x)? Thanks. I will be asking questions as I dont want to make a mistake. Thank you

please for Cocodio, Kollins and Talk2dre, did the CIC contact your current or previous employers to make any enquiries about your work during the various phases till your current status? I need to know cos we just had a new HR Manager in my organisation and the email used in my introduction letter was the previous HR's own, looking forward to hearing from U on this, thanks

When i filled mine i used the date of filling the form , since i filled it on my computer there was not option for 'till date'
