  My issue is this:
  
  • I filled the form based on the instructions on the form, ie... questions 8 and 12, which says ...from age 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.
  • But now it seems that the required information is all your details from age 18 and not "the past 10 years
  So are we not expected to follow the instructions in the form?
  secondly, I have updated the form as requested and sent it by email; do I still need to send a hard copy to AVO?
  

send both soft and hardcopy. If liquid copy deh sef, send it

Thank you Pipis husband. I have been trying to add my details on the spreadsheet, seems I can only view the details but I can't add any details. Do I have to do this on a desktop as I have been trying to do this on my tab initially.

Another thing that is confusing me is this, my NOC application received was 189 as at the time CIC got my application , now it's 613, my friend that applied in the same category said it's when you have been CC'ed that you can be sure your application is part of the numbers of applications recieved, this is scary if it's true, because of how fast this NOC is filling up.
Am wondering if this number includes
1) only the applications recieved or
2) applications received and completeness have been done.

Someone please shed some light on this :'(

It may be difficult for you to send your entry into the SS on your Tab.
I'll suggest you use a desktop to submit your details with the link below..

On the contrary,it does not include application received.
Its more of the appliacations that have completeness done already on them with the addition of those already charged/cashed through DD.

Hi, please update your details from a desktop for full functionality of the SS as other forum members have also reported technical difficulties when they tried to access the SS from portable devices.

The CIO update reflects applications received and accepted. All the best

In our application, we sent an expired PCC along with a letter explaining that we have initiated another one. SA Post Office has been on strike for 3 months now and we are yet to receive the document.
