Med request is Sept 24th 2015
Added my spouse in March 2016.
The mail says DHL recommended and a prepaid envelope to be used. The DHL offices I contacted doesn't have this service and I'm thinking of using FedEx in the USA. What do you guys think about it? Thanks

@Donmakaveli Don't bother about the prepaid return. Just send your documents using whichever courier you prefer. When your Visas and CoPR is ready you will get an email requesting you to pickup your passports. At that time you can go to a courier agent.

I was at the DHL office in Brampton, Canada when I got my PPR and DHL told me they don't do prepaid. I sent a Fedex prepaid with my PPR. When I got pickup email, the Fedex prepaid was ignored and I was asked to setup pickup. I then went to a UPS agent who also happened to represent DHL. The agent organized the pickup for me using DHL (which was the cheapest out, he could have used any though as he was agent to all 3 big couriers)
