I have sent my pp to accraimmigration from DHL Warri Office here but they told me that there is a procedure you need to follow to get your pp and CoPR back from accra that they do not accept prepaid return envelope. Can you please share with us how you got your pp and CoPR .

Bebisco just as tbaba said, u just send your passport and wait for pick notification. Once that comes, u will then initiate the pick up of pp/docs again
