@Guyman, its better you send the courier and include the message on your ECAS. Also state that you have sent them a mail through ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and a CSE. You can also call them on the following number +233 (030) 2211521. Not sure if Fax still works though but this is their fax line +233 (030) 2211524.
