Ø Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature for you and your spouse. Note that you must provide all past employments and addresses SINCE THE AGE OF 18 REGARDLESS OF YOUR YEAR OF BIRTH (section 8 and 12 respectively); failure to so will results in delays; ALSO, PLEASE ENSURE that you answer all questions truthfully including any visa applications refused in any country including USA

Ø Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed Additional Family Information form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures for you and your spouse


Ø Proof of funds : UPDATED BANK STATEMENTS AND PROOFS OF FUNDS. If your bank statements indicate large deposits, you must provide evidence of the provenance of these funds



Ø RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and your spouse and submit the online official receipt

Got a mail from Accra Immigration for COA and am not sure what I have to do. Does it mean PPR will be sent anytime soon or what?

There is a link to fill a form also which have not even opened yet cos I got the COA mail. Just wanna ask the seniors their thoughts.

I don get email God reign. God has done it. Got PPR mail today with request for additional request...IMM 5406 & IMM 5669. Thanks for you support. Lots of people on this forum with large hearts. Thanks for your support and for those still waiting for updates, you aint got long to wait cos its gonna come in Jesus Name.

I need clarification on the below mail from AVO:

Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa.

Do I need to send the form when there has been no changes in my marital status or family configuration?

I am a little confused by the below statement

"Updated family information: you must advise us of any change in your marital status or family composition. All family members must be listed on your IMM8 application form. Failure to comply may result in a delay in the issuance of your visa."

I found 3 IMM8 forms in the list of forms i filled previously. Do I ignore this as my family has not changed since I submitted the form. Or do I fill them all and send to Accra.
