I have never obtained a Canadian visa before and I didn't submit police certificate at any point. Like you have advised, I process and keep. I just don't want it requested for later when I could have sent it along with the passports.

If you have already processed it...i advise you just attach it along with your PPR....it still wont stop the issuance of your visa even though they did not not ask for it..if you have not already processed it i would have said dont attach but since you have processed then just include it to aid them in not delaying anything later.

I also got an email yesterday as well requesting for passports and some additional documents.
Does anyone know how long it will take for the visas to be issued? I heard it may take up to 6-8months.

I'm new to this platform- greetings to everyone in the house.

once you submit your passport should get it back in 3wks but your visa will be valid one year from your medical date. If I may ask when did you do your medicals?

once you submit your passport should get it back in 3wks but your visa will be valid one year from your medical date. If I may ask when did you do your medicals?
