Hi my Naija people, am new on this forum and i need your help urgently
My timeline is;
Application filed: 9th dec, 2014
PER: 25th Feb, 2015
MR: 25th sept 2015


In addition to the MR, i also got a request for FBI PCC. I applied for fswp last year and submitted my naija police cert. before moving to the US. I wasnt anticipating the FBI report request. The FBI report takes about 12weeks to come out and i was given 30days by AVO. Please advice what do i do at this point, i have already done the Meds, just the FBI stuff remaining. Pls its urgent

Once they have asked, you have to deliver. Pls reply them asking for extension as you neeed minimum 12 weeks to get the FBI report. They would oblige you. Pls request for the report from FBI immediately, no more time to waste. Just prepare ur mind that u hv bagged a minimum of 12 week hugeeeee patience. :

AVO is aware of the delay in getting the FBI report, simply reply them with the other requests and remind them of the delay in getting the report. They'll give an extension or even give you an open extension like they did me.

Really, Kuskus. Thanks for the reply. I sent you a pm. I would also want to know if you sent them receipt containing tracking number of the mail to fbi and if you raised a CSE to that effect also. How you arranged your explainations?
