I think its because of the time difference they are like 6 to 8 hours behind us. So they sent it the soonest they saw it.

Senior PH and all members of the house, please does anyone have any idea about the Senegal Visa office? I have a friend whose passport request came through Senegal office but her application was from Nigeria. Now she was also instructed not to send along a pre-paid envelope with the passports and also that the passports will likely be with them for up to 9 weeks. This is strange to me because I thought all Naija visa issues had to come through AVO. Does anyone have any idea or experience about this issue because they are worried something might not be right. Also note that my friend, hubby and kids did Provincial Nomination anyway.Pipis Husband said:Hi Deebruv, hi guys, how are things going? True that soundcode!If you check the new generic form changed in November last yr,u will see that there is no space for visa office.Its for faster processing and to decongest some visa offices.
