Please house, what is the meaning of 'Historical birth certificates for your three dependent children'? Is it different from the normal birth certificate?

You can write the visa officer for clarification, may he is trying to request for Hospital Birth Certificate

No two applicants are the same, but God is unique to us all, therefore look unto God, the author and finisher of our faith.
Only HIM alone should be referred to for standard, though we can use other applicants' timeline for fair estimate of turn around time, but God almighty will not disappoint us on this journey.

I pray for everyone still expecting from AVO, it will not pass you by in Jesus name (Amen!!!). This e-family is so wonderful, we are there for each other through thick and thin.
