I am Shahid, I have about 8 years of experience in Telecom Billing Industry and I have started filling up the form,

FYI - there is no guarantee CIC will be reopening FSW in 2014. Many people believe CIC is going to hold off reopening the program until 2015 and the introduction of EOI. If FSW is re-opened, there is no guarantee which occupations will be on the list.

Your profession is not on the current list. It is impossible to say if CIC will reopen the FSW occupation list in 2014 or if they will hold off until 2015 and EOI.

If you want to apply for FSW now, you can qualify by securing a permanent job offer in Canada.
